What if I am a beginner or haven't played in ages?

This is the most common question we get, and the honest answer is: you will be fine.

Our comps are social, so every team is a mix of first-timers, returners and the occasional show-off. Most SportUPers have not played in years, or just moved to town and want to meet people. Lungs come back faster than you think.

Where should a beginner start?

Look for comps in our Ultra Social - C Div. They are built for people still learning the game. Just rusty? Social - B Div is your home.
