The no refund policy

If the competition is going ahead, refunds are not available under any circumstances, including illness, injury or a change of plans. It is what keeps every team full of people who actually show up each week.

Need to change your plans?

We get it, life happens. While we cannot refund you, we can move your booking to a future season or a different competition so you do not lose your money. Email team@sportup.com.au and we will sort it.

Your first game is protected
