Team Refunds?

Once your team is booked in, there are no refunds on holding deposits, registration fees or season fees.

Why no refunds?

SportUP runs on committed teams. Every team in your comp is relying on the others to show up each week, and having very few forfeits is what makes the whole thing work.

The exceptions

Your first ever SportUP season is covered by our Pinky Promise. If you do not love your first game, tell us within 24 hours and we will make it right: https://faq.sportup.com.au/article/68-our-pinky-promise

New teams that lock in with a part-built roster are covered by our Roster Promise. If we cannot help fill your roster by game 1, your rego fee comes back in full.

What if we are short on players one week?
