Can my team request specific game times?

Yes, to lodge a time preference request, just email team@sportup.com.au with your team name, night and preference.

What times are games?

Game times are 6.00pm, 6.45pm, 7.30pm, 8.15pm and 9.00pm.

Are these the same game times in every competition?

This is the maximum range of game times, if we have fewer teams in a competition then we will run the most popular middle game times.

Can my team play at the same time every week?

Unfortunately, you cannot request the same game time every week as we try to make it even so each team has a mix of early and late game times.

What if we can't make a particular game time?

If your team prefer early games or prefer late games you can lodge a preference. 

Does lodging a preference mean it's guaranteed?

This does not guarantee you early or late games but it does mean that we will try to give your team more than average.
